Strawberry jam

Spent the morning with

indigobynight picking strawberries, and just finished making eight pints of strawberry jam. I'd told her making jam would take two or three hours; it only took one and a half. What's going to take a whole load more time is cleaning up! I've got strawberry goo all over everything in my kitchen.
