We had placed my daughter, Megan, in a Japanese language school, to get her immersed in a foreign language. Sadly, it's run by a Christian order, and they had daily worships.
Megan is quite indoctrinated in the Christian mythos now, something our relatives only encourage. I'm not too upset, Christianity isn't bad, just what people sometime do in Christianity's name, but I'd rather not have to un-brainwash her as she grows up.
It only gets harder the longer they're exposed to it. Megan is homeschooled now, for other reasons, but it does mean we can start to bring her up to speed in commonly accepted scientific theory, and all that.

Hang in there, you aren't alone.
