To Whom It May Concern:

I wish to complain about the attitude of one of your customer service representatives. I believe her name was Dawn. She insulted me and blamed me for a billing error, as well as refusing to take any action to clear it up. She told me I was foolish because it took me a while to notice the problem, and because I didn't realize the service hadn't been disconnected as I had requested. She claimed that because there was no record of my request I therefore hadn't made one.

I called Monday, June 24 at about 11 am because I had discovered several bills in my mail for service at my previous address <address deleted>. I moved out of that location February 22, 2002. Shortly prior to moving, I called to request service termination at that address and connection at my new address above. However, I just received a "final bill" for service through June 15. Looking through my mail, I found that I have been billed monthly for service at that location since I moved out.

Please remove all charges for service after February 22 from my old account and credit my new account for the March and April service at that location which I have already paid for.
