Today's ice cream: orange

I used the lemon ice cream recipe here substituting orange juice (Tropicana Grove Stand, as it happens). It turned out not at all strongly orangey. I think it needs the zest, and perhaps more juice or even a bit of orange extract or marmalade or something. Oranges don't have a very strong flavor. Still, it's pretty good.

Tropicana's orange/passionfruit blend is also very good in desserts, though again a bit weak-flavoured.
