Comin' atcha from the new toy: I'm celebrating my 15th anniversary of working at [redacted]--today was the award dinner--and my award is a shiny new Kindle Fire. I've read a book on it--part 8 of Shadow Unit--and loaded a few apps to be going on with.
So it has some predictive text functionality and I've been trying it out. The following sentence--for some generous value of sentence--was created by choosing the first word it offered until I got bored.
"I know what time are we doing this for you and your baby I'm going out tonight but I'll let him go back and forth to work with you in town and country music."
Not so new, now, but still very shiny, I have just spent a lovely long weekend with
mac_arthur_park, one year almost to the day after our first reunion visit. And we have exciting plans for our next get-together...once they are booked I shall share more. Sequence and order, time and stress.
