There's snow on the ground!

Only about an inch, and it may melt before long, but it's St Louis' first snowfall of the year.

I'm waiting for Indy's first snow, in one sense, to see how much better the new vehicle handles going up our driveway. Besides, if it's going to be this cold, it could at least look pretty outside. Today's is going to miss us. On the other hand, drivers here are nuts in the stuff, so why encourage it? :-)

We have at least 2 inches on the ground down here, were're about 35 miles south of downtown. It's still coming down too. Yeah!!!

the view out the back window of our house is lovely. if only i didn't have to go out into it.
