Further tease

Dough has now been rolled out and stuffed with cinnamon sugar (at double the recipe amount) and sprinkled with raisins which I had simmered in brandy and water. Now all the pretty little spirals are sitting out waiting to rise again. Hopefully not on the third day, I can't wait that long.

That's because I decided to do that on the spur of the moment when I was putting them together. Brandy bottle sitting on the windowsill said, "Hey, use me!" So I did.
