Dec. 15th, 2002 09:47 pmI am completely and utterly wiped. I drove well over two hundred miles this weekend, met twelve new people, and sang half of half a cantata, all on fewer than ten hours of sleep.
I'm going to bed. Maybe tomorrow I'll post something substantive.
Oh, and I almost forgot.
krasota will be pleased to know that I finally got to see a meteor shower. It was fucking amazing. (Vocabulary has gone along with my sleep-deprived brain.)
So has my internal grammar-checker. Post edited, verb form fixed.

Date: 2002-12-16 06:12 am (UTC)Does driving that much wipe you out? It's not uncommon for me to drive that much in a day, much less a weekend, and ten hours of sleep is a distant memory with 2 girls under age 2. Of course I usually enjoy driving, unless it's in heavy traffic.

Date: 2002-12-16 07:47 am (UTC)No, it was just something I could post with a quantifier. It's the twelve new people, the fact that I had no downtime at all--not even five minutes all weekend--and the sleep-deprivation that wiped me out. I meant ten hours total for two days, not ten hours a night. :-)
