semperfionaYippee. New estimate for the painting of my stairway ceiling is 1485, up
from about 500 when it was estimated about eighteen months ago. Plus 490
for replacing the shingles blown off by the recent storm (which I was
unaware of, but I knew there had been a couple back then...)
Where am I going to find two grand on this short notice? *sigh*
