Kee-rap. Next April is going to suck. I just discovered that despite my
request in February to have STL city tax withholding reinstated, they
haven't been doing it. Yes, I'm an idiot for not looking at my paystubs
sooner.

Maybe you, me and the city can get together and work out a trade. There was a whole year last year where the city took out taxes for me.

I don't live in the city.
