Dec. 14th, 2006 02:51 pmWow. Going back to yoga/pilates after a year or so off is a depressing experience. I can't do most of the balance poses anymore, my legs and arms start throbbing after just a second, and twenty minutes later I still feel vaguely disoriented and dazed, not to mention completely put off by the idea of lunch. This is going to be hard work.
