How strong is the odor of chicken? Nonexistant, except from my plate to my mouth. Hodak's uses a very good breading, and quick-sears their fried chicken in VERY HOT oil for not very long. The result is moist, fluffy, nongreasy fried chicken that is truly a delight to eat.
