semperfionaUp far too early for a day I don't have to work nor even be anywhere until eleven. It's a lovely morning, though, cool breezes blowing in through the open windows behind me. If Rosa wasn't asleep upstairs I would go out and take a walk (after putting some clothes on, of course).
I've come down with a nasty cold in the last day or two. Stress-weakened immune system, I suppose. I'm afraid Liz is going to end up catching it. I feel like Typhoid Mary, but there's really no way I'm changing the plans now. I'll go to Walgreens and buy some Sudafed and cough drops and just hope I don't cough and sneeze constantly.
So...Plans for this morning. Find a couple books to bring. Shower. Pack the last-minute items in my little suitcase. Go to UPS and fetch my DSL equipment which will just have to live in the car until Sunday. Take Rosa to her grandmother's house. Go to the airport.
Sometime in there I should eat, and also call Armida to warn her that we won't be arriving as early as usual.
