Lemon Ice Cream

Lemon Ice Cream as currently freezing in my ice cream maker. I added a bit of lemon zest as well.

My mom used to make that. It was half-way between lemon ice cream and lemon ice. It was good.

Mmm, yep, it's yummy. I remember lemon ice cream from Spain being a bit lemonier, but this will do very nicely indeed.
