Today's variation on the previously posted spinach and feta pizza:

Sauteed green onions, green pepper, banana pepper
Wilted spinach
Raw tomatoes
Black olives
Marinated artichoke hearts
Tomato-basil feta cheese

Except for being rather toppings-heavy, it's delicious. Have to eat it with a fork because the toppings don't stay on the pizza, though. Feta doesn't melt to hold everything together like mozzarella.
