So of course I went to see. I have no words. Look for yourself, but probably best if not at work. It's a J-pop music video, but I can't describe it any further. When I went to comment to him on it, he had signed off. Hmm again.
Back to Vampire Hunter D, anyway. I was going to say, I bought it for Jen for her birthday today, and we came back to my place to watch it. Color me impressed. I quite liked the first one, but this one is yards better. Some very very impressive animation: the scenery actually looked real, almost photographic. And a good story, with neat ideas for the abilities of vampires and other creatures of the night. But please, whoever did the translations, it's "dhampir", not "dunpeal"!

Aug. 24th, 2002 10:22 pmThe wombats have been discussing Metropolis lately. There's a movie showing at the local art house tonight at midnight called Metropolis, but I don't think it's the same flick.
This is the one showing here, but this is the one I think the wombats were recommending. Oh well, it's probably best I don't go to a midnight movie tonight anyway, since I have to go fetch Rosa about nine am tomorrow.
