Ever more tomatoey goodness

An entire 1.5-quart bowl of grape tomatoes today, from the prolific plant in the back yard. This is partially because I hadn't harvested them since last Thursday or so, but still, it's an impressive amount. And there are still lots and lots of orange not-quite-ripe ones, green ones, and even flowers. I hope the first hard frost holds off a good while yet; they're such wonderful bursts of happiness.

Am I finally figuring out my stupid reproductive system?

Yesterday--typoed as yesday, which is an interesting concept in itself--after feeling very cranky all day and more insecure than usual (sorry love) it occurred to me that maybe I was getting my period. Sure enough, today around 3 o'clock it showed up, and the cramps appeared tonight around eight. But the crankiness has mostly disappeared, which is good for all concerned.
