I'm so tired of not having access to change "common" code. There are always things I want to do that I either can't do at all or have to wait on someone else to bless my changes. I'm no idiot, I won't make willy-nilly changes when I know it affects so many other users.

And then there's the things I have done *by request* that someone with access never got around to blessing, and have been lost completely.
