I asked: "Would an obese monk who spends all his time in contemplation of esoteric topics be a deep fat friar?"

Chris replied: "Not any more than a Catholic cleric who breaks a 'cardinal' rule of some
sort, gets balled out by his bishop, and walks out a chewed-ass priest.

I said: "I should've known [you] would take it as a challenge."

He answered: "I didn't want to seem irreverend or anything, I just thought Rebekah shouldn't get off scot-free with a pun like that, I mean, somebody should collar on it!"
