It's really quite bloody ridiculous. I fell asleep on the sofa around eleven, woke myself up at two to go to bed, and now I can't sleep.

It's an occupational hazard of motherhood to have your sleep screwed up. It'll get better in, oh, six or seven years or so. . .

Your "awake vibes" must have traveled this way. I went to bed around 10:30, woke up around Midnight, and again a little after 3 and couldn't get back to sleep until around 5.
