Found 'em

indyansel and technomom were both right. They were in the kitchen junk drawer, where also resides the small screwdriver that I used to take them out. It is also the first place I looked, but they had slid back in among the junk so I didn't see them until I took everything out.

Don't you love the trite statement about things always being in the last place you look? When I find something, that's always true because I stop looking!

I tend to keep looking, in case what I've found is a fake, and not what I was really trying to find. ;)
