Why I'm glad to be moving to my house, reasons 13, 14 and 15

13. Because there's not enough effing parking here! I end up parking three buildings away and walking home in the rain.
14. Because this kitchen isn't big enough to cook a slice of toast.
15. Because cold showers suck ass! The hot water wasn't working again this morning and I had to wash my hair in cold water.
