My tenants called me on Saturday to let me know they're planning to put
a contract on a house for purchase, so I could figure out how we'll deal
with the ending of their tenancy, possibly prior to the expiration of
the lease. I mentioned this to Deb. She says, "Sell it, sell it! It's an
albatross around your neck!"

I said (yes, you guessed it): "Way I remember it, albatross was a ship's
good luck. Until some idiot killed it."
