If you had to schedule a fire drill for late October, you could not have
picked a better day. Lovely weather today: about seventy-five degrees
with a stiff south breeze.

They were testing out fire alarm in my building this morning, but they do it so often I didn't bother going outside. Someday I'll burn to death there from their crying wolf.

And I missed the whole thing - was at lunch. I don't think I have actually been there when we have had a fire drill yet! I guess I'll burn too!
