Yes, this means she has yet again been diagnosed with strep.

Oh no, poor Rosa. Poor Fi, too -- it's awful when kids are sick.

Sounds like penicillin is not nearly as tasty as it used to be. The best part about having strep when I was a kids was the sugary-delicious penicillin. My kids liked the pink stuff too. I wonder if you can get your pharmacist to mix a sweet flavor into it for you?

Insult to injury, she *also* has pinkeye. Seems likely that it's still caused by the same bacterium, though, so the penicillin should kill it off too.

To me penicillin usually has a musty taste and scent, which makes sense.
