There can't be much more aggravating than being given a HOT CR for a member I haven't worked with yet, needing connection and/or login information from someone (anyone!) and not being able to find anyone because it's after Miller Time.

Ick! I've had system problems at work that crippled my ability to do ANYTHING and have run into similar problems. Ugh!
