Physical quirks

I'm right-handed, but I can do many things to a greater or lesser dexterity with both hands. I can write (badly) with either hand, though my right-handwriting is much better. I shoot pool left handed by preference. However, I can only wink my left eye, and that rather badly (I have to squinch up my whole face). I can also snap my fingers only with my left hand. Right hand snap attempts are completely useless.

I have much the same thing - I was left handed as a child and my mother changed me... so I do a lot of things lefthanded still (deal cards, shoot archery...) Anyway, I can also write (pretty well) left-handed with practice. So, I get it too.

I understand. I have difficulty with the whole Left/Right thing in general. (Driving directions usually consist of "up blinker", "down blinker", or North, East, South or West.) I tend to specialize hands because it keeps confusion down. I write right handed, but calig left handed. I can pound a nail with either hand.

In kindergarten, my right hand got tired from holding a pencil, so I switched to my other hand to keep going. Bad mistake.

I can only raise my left eyebrow by its lonesome. But cannot repeat the trick with the right one.
