I would just like to remind the universe at large that if I receive a recorded call stating "I have an important call for you but all our operators are currently busy," that it clearly isn't, and I will treat it accordingly.

If I do not hear a human within 10 seconds I hang up.
If the person at the counter answers the phone and spends more then 1 minute talking to them, I leave.
