Green eggs...and bacon

Mommy: What kind of lunch do you want?
Rosa: Green!
I made her green eggs. Didn't have any ham, but substituted bacon. Of course it really ought to be called bacon and green eggs, since the bacon is not green. Only realized after the blue coloring was already in the eggs that today is St Patrick's Day and therefore they are all the more appropriate.
