Menage à Trois Bingo

I went with some friends to a coffee shop last night for a "write-in" and added another 1100 words to my fic-in-progress! Super exciting, because it had basically gone untouched since April (lot of podfic got made though). Next write-in is in two weeks, and I'm hoping to go again and make more exciting progress.

But the weird part was on the way back home. I was sitting at a stoplight, windows up, music on, and some guy leaned out the window of a pickup beside me waving a dozen red roses at me like he wanted me to take them. When my window stayed up and I looked resolutely forward, he yelled "why you gotta be like that?"

I can only assume he was dissed by the woman he'd actually bought the flowers for (can't say I blame her), and thought anyone female would appreciate them. Not sure how he thought they'd get from his car to mine in any case, my arms aren't that long and I wouldn't have appreciated a faceful of thrown roses.

Rosa was with me, she says he looked drunk. I don't doubt it.
