Menage à Trois Bingo

I just received--or more accurately, ignored--a call on my cellphone from +82012697682213. Reverse country calling code lookup tells me that's Korea, South.

I don't know anyone who lives in Korea. I know a few people who have been to Korea, and it's remotely possible that I know someone who is currently visiting Korea, but unless someone fesses up via email I'm going to assume that it's spam. Or a wrong number, I suppose, but I know which I think is more likely.

They're building an upscale shopping mall across from my office. This has been there since before the beginning of the build; it's now right in front of the new gate. The road to our place is currently detoured so I'm driving past it every day. I finally managed to get a cellphone picture.
