Reload page in style: site light

I'd like to redo my SouthPark icon; I have better software to scale it now. Does anybody have quick access to the website url?

Hm. It's free, which is a big plus. But it's complicated, and comes with very little documentation, so it isn't really easy to use. On the other hand, I think Photoshop is also complicated, and I had no experience with anything but the very basic photo-editing software that comes with scanners/digital cameras.
